Pause, Regroup, Recalibrate
I have taken a step back, a pause, in order to think and recalibrate. Our most recent camping trip opened up something in me that was unexpected; A Way.
A Way through the uncertainty
A Way through the disconnectedness
A Way through my own protective barrier, in order to feel through my self depleting mindset.
The feeling that I’ll never heal, the feeling that I am not good enough, that I don’t deserve it, and the feeling that I’ll never know peace and abundance in this life.
Of course, all of those things are lies that I tell myself. How many of us tell ourselves these lies or lies like them on the regular? It is our conditioning and programming that goes against our natural rhythms, and the conditioning and programming that keeps us in a state of fear, uncertainty, and unworthiness. All of this, and, more, is what makes it possible to go through our whole lives and feel as though we haven’t lived. It is because we get thrown into this never ending cycle of doing things that are not necessarily for our enriching or that of others, but to keep the system going.
I believe it is up to each of us to find our own Way out of this prison of “reality” that has been force-fed to us. For me, being able to totally immerse myself in nature is paramount. I sometimes forget how incredibly important it is for me. I forget that it is not enough for me to just get outside, I need immersion, especially in dealing with my healing.
On the last day we were camping, I realized that I wanted to stay longer. I put that desire out into the Universe, and what came back to me, almost immediately, was the way to do so, so I stepped into that energy, I stepped into that flow, and what came to me next, was a way to do it multiple times - camp for three to four nights at a time, every week or so, and continue the routine for the rest of the summer and into the fall.
What came to me is something that is out of the norm for us, it goes against our (un)natural rhythm, and challenges us to shift the way we are living, and to have frequent camping trips be part of our lives.
Actually, to make it feel as if we are living both in town, and in the woods.
A way to frequently tap in to the rhythm of nature and to reconnect with our true selves.
This is something that feels even more important right now, with everything going on in the world, with the darkness trying desperately to remain in charge, we need to constantly pause, regroup, and recalibrate, On Repeat, in order for the malicious energies out there to lose their grip. They are out there trying to rip us apart mentally, physically, and psychologically. Thankfully, there is an even bigger and stronger wave of energy out there that is gathering. An energy based in love. Love for ourselves, love for eachother, love for the planet. This is the love of the Universe that flows through and belongs to each and every one of us, and you have the right to use it. You have a right to tap into it. You have the right to let it wash over you, fortify you and use it as your armor.
Sitting With Grief
And then I danced with Green Kyanite
And then the Spiders caught my Eye
And then I Danced with the Toad
And then the Roses saw You
And then the Rue said Hello
And then Green Kyanite wanted to sit with Rue
And then the Butterfly Flew By
And then I got Real Small in the Garden and Saw The Universe
And then She Collected Herbs
And then Rue said she was Thirsty,
And then Offered Herself to Help Her Heal Her Heart
And then Rue Fell on my Root
And then Rue fell on my Heart
Here, you will find stories about my journey, insights, thoughts, ramblings about life, and info around healing and maintaining health naturally. My goal is to share what I know and what I learn, in order to uplift and encourage others to do the same.
